Ordering made simple

Your school’s Campion list shows the resources your child needs.
Follow the guide below, from signing in to checkout.

Before you order

Have your school and student details handy.

Check your school’s order-by date. For school-specific requirements, contact the staff who manage your school’s resource list.

Step 1: Open online orderingStart at campion.com.au and choose “Parents order here”.
Go to campion.com.au and tap Parents order here. Or use the button below to go straight to online ordering.

Step 2: Sign in with a codeTap “Order Now” and enter your email or mobile number.
Tap Order Now. Enter your email address or mobile number to receive a login code, then enter the code to sign in.
Use an email address or mobile number you can access while you order.
Step 3: Find your child’s schoolUse their school email address, or search for the school.
Enter your child’s school email address to find their school. If you don’t have it, search using the school’s name instead.
Child already registered? You can skip steps 3 and 4 and go to step 5: choose resources.
Step 4: Add your child’s detailsEnter their details and the school’s Resource List Code.
Add your child’s details. You can leave their school email address blank if you don’t know it.
Enter the Resource List Code shared by your school to bring up the correct list.
Can’t find the code? Check your school’s correspondence. If needed, enter your child’s first name and surname and choose Request code.
Step 5: Choose the resources you needOpen each subject list and add the required items.
Select your child’s year level if prompted. Open the subject drop-down lists, choose the resources your child needs and check the quantities.
Work through the relevant subjects, then follow the prompts to finalise your cart.
Check the subjects carefully. Choose items from your child’s school resource list, including any required digital resources.
Step 6: Choose delivery, review and paySelect an available delivery or collection option, then complete checkout.
Choose from the delivery or pickup methods shown for your school. The available options vary by school.
Check your items, quantities, contact details and delivery or collection information. Follow the checkout prompts to pay and complete your order.
Order by your school’s date. Orders placed after the cutoff are not guaranteed to arrive before school starts.

FAQs for online ordering

A few helpful answers

When will my order arrive?

Ordered before your school’s cutoff? Delivery of available items is scheduled for late January before school starts, or in term 4 of 2026 for an early resource list, such as Years 10–12 or IB.

Ordered after the cutoff? Available items will be handed to Australia Post as soon as possible. Arrival before school starts is not guaranteed.

Can I combine delivery for my children?

Each child’s order is packed separately by year level to keep resources accurate and avoid mix-ups. Delivery costs cannot be combined. Order by your school’s order-by date to help keep delivery as affordable as possible.

Can I order or collect in store?

Yes. You can visit a Campion store for resources, ordering and support. Click & Collect is available at some stores at certain times of the season. If available, it will appear at online checkout.

What if I’ve missed the order-by date?

You can still order online. Choose an available delivery or collection option at checkout, noting that late orders are not guaranteed to arrive before school begins.
