Summer jobs at Campion
Interested to work with friends and build up your work experience over summer? Every year we hire up to 2000 casual staff across Australia for our busy back-to-school period. Casual jobs are typically from October / November to February and are well suited for university, TAFE, or senior secondary school students seeking summer work. The roles available are either warehouse and operations or retail stores. Locations are in our operational hubs (Dandenong South Vic and Malaga WA) and the Campion retail stores all around Australia.
Customer Support roles: Nov – March 2027
Based at our Dandenong South contact centre, you will support parents, students and schools through phone, email and online enquiries. You may help customers with orders, deliveries, collections, digital resources, returns and other back-to-school questions. Positions are available from early November 2026 until early March 2027.

Retail Assistant: Campion is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Retail Assistants to support our busy back-to-school season. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist families in-store, provide excellent customer service and help create a positive shopping experience.
Warehouse / Order Picker: Campion is also seeking Warehouse and Order Picking staff to support our back-of-store operations during the back-to-school season. These roles focus on picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Roles are typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, throughout the summer period.
