Project Manager / Business Analyst, Victoria
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead and manage all projects across our growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Campion IT Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and with stakeholders across all functions of the business. With a ‘hands on’ approach, you will be accountable for delivery of all project timelines and budgets, and will lead technology projects and solutions that aim to solidify Campion Education’s place as Australia’s preferred partner in effective education support solutions. Retail & Customer Service Manager – Geelong
The position of Retail Store Manager is a full-time, permanent role located in Geelong, VIC. We seek an individual who is customer-focused, energetic, and adaptable. This role entails a blend of customer interaction and administration with responsibility for ensuring the effective implementation and upkeep of all Company protocols and procedures related to Retail Operations. Key areas of accountability include customer service, cash management, staff scheduling, inventory management, HR, Health and Safety, security, administration, and training.

Interested to work with friends and build up your work experience over summer? Every year we hire up to 2000 casual staff across Australia for our busy back-to-school period.
Casual jobs are typically from October / November to February and are well suited for university, TAFE, or senior secondary school students seeking summer work. The roles available are either warehouse and operations or retail stores. Locations are in our operational hubs (Dandenong South Vic, Malaga & Canning Vale WA) and the Campion retail stores all around Australia.
