COVID-19 Service & Delivery Delays

Like many businesses, we are experiencing the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 health measures.

As we work towards ensuring that students have their back-to-school resources in time for the school year, we acknowledge that our business is experiencing some delays to our delivery network and across our business operations.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. We are working as quickly as possible and continue to make regular, critical updates to our retail service centres, logistics and supply chains to meet demand whilst adhering to health and safety measures.

 

Supply chain delays


We are experiencing some delays to our supply chain, which is leading to shortages of some titles both for delivery customers and those that visit our retail service centres.

We aim to fulfil all orders, but when a product is not available it is placed on backorder. Customers will receive an email notification and as soon as we have the title in stock, your order is dispatched, or you can arrange to collect your backorder from your local retail service centre.

Staffing levels

We are experiencing staffing level shortages across our retail service centres, customer support centres and warehouse operations, as COVID-19 isolation requirements impact our workforce. 

 

When visiting our retail service centres, customers may experience longer than usual wait times as we work with the current government guidelines and capacity limits. We do recommend, wherever possible, that customers place orders online for home delivery to avoid long wait times in store.

 

Our team is always happy to assist you. Please remember to show kindness and patience with them at this time. We also ask that you follow all COVID Safe practices and follow staff directions when visiting our retail service centres. 

 

Customers may also experience longer than usual delays when contacting their local customer support team. Once again, please be patient with our team. 

Australia Post deliveries

Australia Post is our chosen delivery partner, and they are dealing with unprecedented parcel volumes and interruptions to their workforce across their network. Our delivery service continues to operate across Australia and we have taken steps to process and dispatch orders early, however with the additional volumes, we acknowledge that delivery wait times are taking longer than usual, and your order may arrive outside the original estimated delivery timeframe.
