Following another busy back-to-school season, we reached out once again to families and school staff across the country to hear how we’re doing – and we’re incredibly grateful for the insights you’ve shared.
This year’s results show that:
- 9 out of 10 parents are happy with Campion’s service
- 95% of school staff would recommend Campion to others
In a business that supports thousands of schools and families, we know that things won’t always go perfectly – but your feedback shows that our commitment to consistent, reliable and responsive service is hitting the mark for most.

We’re always looking ahead, too. Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy making improvements that reflect your needs and priorities. Highlights from our 2025 innovations include:
- Enhancing our MyConnect2 digital platform, which is helping schools save time by automating admin tasks, streamlining ordering and access to resources, and reducing support calls.
- Expanding support for curriculum transitions, offering hands-on training, up-to-date resources aligned with national standards, and tailored advice to help schools make changes with confidence.
- Strengthening access and equity, by offering a broad range of education products across price points, simplifying ordering systems for parents and schools, and backing scholarships and awards for students in need.
- Exploring global innovation, through initiatives like our participation in the BETT Global Educational Technology conference, where we connected with international EdTech partners to bring valuable new tools and ideas to Australian schools.
