Before you start

Confirm subjects

Before you start placing your child’s order it’s always a good idea to check the names of the subjects they will be doing next year. Is it English or English Studies? Maths 1 & 2 or Maths 3 & 4?

Knowing these things before you start will help you save time and avoiding making changes or needing to return items later.

Create your Campion account

Creating a Campion Online Ordering account makes things much easier for you.

With a Campion Account, you’ll be able to:

• Place orders for all your children in one go
• Save an order and return to complete it
• View your order status and order history
• Track your home delivery parcels via Australia Post
• Resend your digital access codes for eBooks and online content

It only takes a couple of seconds to set up your account — all you need is your email address and a password you can remember.

Select your items

Work your way through the list, selecting the items your child needs for each subject they will be studying.

Place a tick in the box to select each item you need. We’ll supply the items you’ve ticked.

Your school will have made comments about items you can use from previous years or items that are compulsory.

Select a delivery or collection option

Each school decides on the delivery options they want to provide to their families. Select from the option/s your school has provided.

Home delivery 

This delivery means that your order will be delivered to the address you provide.

If you are selecting Home Delivery, your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

You’ll notice in your account when your delivery is scheduled to be delivered:

If you’ll be away from home during the delivery period, consider using a delivery address you can use as an alternative such as your work address with parent name provided, grandparents, neighbours, etc.

If you’re not at home when Australia Post delivers your order, they will leave a collection card which will give you the details on where and when you’ll need to collect your order from Australia Post.

School collection (may be referred to as pre-packaged collection)

This option means that you will need to collect your order from the location that your school has set, at the date and time they have set.

These details will be printed on the front of your printed book list (if you have one) or if you’ve completed your order online, you’ll see these details in your account alongside your order. You’ll also see the location and times in your order confirmation email.

Review and pay

Review the items you’ve selected and all the details you’ve provided to make sure they are all correct.

You can pay for your online order via credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only).

Track your order

Home Delivery orders

For home delivery orders, you’ll be able to log into your Campion account and see the status of your order. Most of our orders are dispatched in mid-January, so don’t worry if the status of your order doesn’t change for a while after you’ve placed it.

For most of our orders, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll be sent an email with the Australia Post tracking details. With those details you’ll be able to track your delivery.

School collection (may be referred to as pre-packaged collection)

If your school has nominated a date and location for you to collect your order, the details of your collection will be provided in your order confirmation email if you’ve placed your order online and can be found alongside your order history in your Campion account.

If you handed your paper form into your school, you’ll find the collection details on the tear-off slip of paper you kept from the front cover.
