A. Where a Campion booklist contains textbooks, all resources on the booklist are eligible for supply under SSB. GST and fees such as delivery can be included too. For further clarification on what can be included, please contact the Department of Education.

Q: Will SSB create delays in-store?

A: We’re aware the retail process for SSB will add an extra step to the purchase process. We’re working on different models for in-store to make sure we can move families through as quickly as possible, including additional staff, investing in extra technology, looking at each store’s layout and flow. We advise families to shop online or by click & collect where possible, and if they prefer to go into store, go early – December and early January, rather than the time just before school goes back where things get busier.
